Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has officially opened the Al Samha Housing Project, a significant Dh738 million residential initiative aimed at improving living conditions and fostering community development in Abu Dhabi. This extensive project features 242 villas spread over a 50-hectare area, highlighting the UAE’s dedication to creating integrated communities that support family stability and modern lifestyles.
The development includes a range of facilities designed to enhance quality of life, such as 33 public parks and green spaces. A mosque capable of accommodating 644 worshippers is part of the project, alongside two commercial centers that will house 38 retail outlets. Additionally, residents will benefit from a 3-kilometer cycling track, promoting an active and healthy lifestyle.
Officials emphasized that the Al Samha Housing Project is a testament to the UAE’s ongoing commitment to providing comprehensive residential communities that meet the needs of Emirati families. The project has been developed under the Emirati Neighbourhood Initiative, focusing on spacious housing options and community amenities that encourage family cohesion and sustainable urban growth.
